By accessing GoMyTrip.co.in or requesting a booking, you agree to these terms, mandatory DGCA requirements where applicable, and the applicable airline fare and operational policies.
For journeys governed by DGCA requirements, mandatory passenger rights apply first. Applicable airline fare and operational policies then apply within that framework. GoMyTrip service, convenience charge, processing, OTP, notification and support rules apply without reducing any mandatory right or airline-approved benefit.
Booking and Payment
- Customers must provide accurate traveller names and travel-document details.
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a valid confirmation or ticket.
- Fares and availability may change until ticket issuance.
- Failed, pending or incomplete payments do not guarantee a seat or ticket.
Changes, Cancellations and Airline Operations
Changes and cancellations are governed first by mandatory DGCA requirements where applicable and then by the applicable airline fare and operational policies. GoMyTrip will provide processing and support without reducing a mandatory passenger right or airline-approved benefit.
Customer Responsibility
Travellers are responsible for checking passport, visa, health, transit and entry requirements and for arriving at the airport within the airline's required time.
